Point of Sale Equipment - Check Solutions can provide
equipment allowing volume merchants to compare check writer information
against a national or regional database in an effort to limit bad
checks
• Bank Authorization – Merchant will sign a bank authorization
allowing merchant bank to send returned items directly to Check
Solutions for immediate collection
• Collection Efforts - Check Solutions Account
Executives will perform all collection efforts, including required
notices, telephone calls, and legal action where necessary
• Predictive Dialer – We utilize predictive dialer technology
to maximize telephone contact with the consumer in an attempt to obtain
timely payment
• Credit Reporting – Qualifying unpaid accounts over 30
days are reported to Trans Union and Equifax, national credit reporting
repositories
• Merchant Fees – There are no merchant fees paid for
the recovery of checks. The merchant will receive 100 % of the principle
amount recovered
• Payment – Check Solutions will remit
regularly ( weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly) client checks with an
itemized remittance summary of all payment received
• Third Party Collection – We create a desire for your
customer to pay while insulating the client from the process, thus
maximizing the recovery, yet maintaining the goodwill our clients
have worked hard to develop with their customers
• Recovery Rate – While recovery rates may vary client
to client based on a number of factors, Check Solutions
